How can I create a sponsorship tier chart in either indesign or illustrator? The kind where it will say for example bronze, silver, gold at the top and then the left hand side is all of the different catorgies? Also in each tier you can add a check mark or a number to quantify. Would apprecite any help! Thank you!

In InDesign you could use a table. Combine it with the rounded corners options in the paragraph shading resp paragraph contour. You cannot put the slanted things directly into table cells though and would have to just make them as artwork.

In Illustrator you could build a table-like thing using shapes and lines. For typesetting I would use tabs.

Thanks fo the samples.

You will just have to compose it using the drawing tools that are available in Illustrator.

In InDesign you may also create genuine tables and combine them with other shapes.

Can you show an example that may explain about what you are talking?
