Stroke Knockout Group Pixelated

Hi guys. I just made a logo with 2 diferent text and then i just "cut" the stroke from one using knockout group but one of them is pixelated.

Does everybody have a solution to this?

When does it pixelate - in Illustrator when you do the knock-out or when you look at a pdf or export it in another manner? Has turning on CPU resolved the problem?

Where are you viewing this? e..g. Is this in an exported image file?

If just on your monitor, does it change when you zoom in?

How does it look if you turn on the CPU preview in the View menu (instead of GPU)?
