Why the stroke shown as gridlines after saving a vector file in pdf or svg from illustrator?

It's a live paint object.

You need to expand the live paint and then hit "Merge" in the Pathfinder panel.

Merge is in the bottom row, not to be confused with Unite.

Thanks for your help, I tried but it changes my paths when I hit the merge button.

Is this normal? or I'm doing something wrong?

they look like very thin strokes. What do you have there, really? If there are objects with "zero" strokes, the best way will be to combine the same-colored elements with Pathfinder, like Ton suggests. If they have the thin strokes, do you actually need them?

Thanks for your support..

They are manually traced with normal pen and I have to trace between the fill section and when I vector it completely, this gridlines doesn't show in illustrator but after saving the file it appears in it.

Is that really stroked or are these objects close to each other?

Maybe you can merge them into a single shape with the Pathfinder or dragging with the Shape builder tool.
