Sudden black and white stripe?

I don’t have any masks on but whenever I print this tile out, a black and white stripe shows up on my image. Is there anything I’m doing or not doing?

    Hi !

It looks like the photo is masked inside a shape (in photosop), That overlap can create the black/white stripe you're seeing.

Check the Layers panel and see if: the image is inside a clipping mask? there is another object behind it? or if two masked images are slightly overlapping?

What kind of file is that photo?

Are you sure there is really nothing in it?

Does that stripe always appear in the same place?

What kind of printer is it?

The file is .ai and the linked photo is .psd (transparent, no mask).
The only mask i have is the clipping mask to keep it on the artboard.
The stripe always appears in the same place.
    The printer is HPDesignJet Z6810

I will say that once I saw the photo itself was .psd, I went back and saved it as a .png.
That seemed to fix it? The only change I made.
