Sudden "Save fo Web" Size Limit

I've been consistently saving very long jpgs for my website which are 1391x16303 pixels. However starting today I can't seem to export these imags as anything bigger than 699x8192. Why is this happening all of the sudden?

Nevermind, while the export options don't let me set it to 100%, I just did it right now and it saved it at the full size. Curious...
