SVG image colors become blurry and faded in whiteboard animation software.

I uploaded the svg file that I created in Adobe Illustrator to whiteboard animation software. After playing, the colors become blurry and faded.(last picture). Do you have any idea how can I solve this problem? ( i also attached the screen record video). Thanks.
