Why when exporting and illustrator artboard as an svg do I get it all mirrored?

And not all elements included??

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind sharing some more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator, a public link to a sample AI and SVG file after uploading it to Dropbox/Google Drive/etc., and screenshots of the settings used so we can investigate this further?

It seems the files did not come through. Would you mind uploading the sample AI and SVG files and screenshots/screen recordings to Dropbox/Google Drive/etc. and share a public link so we can check it on our end?
