svg2pdf

I want to transfer a file from svg to pdf on the windows powershell. I can do this by open the svg file in illustrator by the help of a command on the windows powershell. Then I can save the file as pdf munally.

Is there a possibility to extend my powershell command "illustrator.exe file.svg" somehow, that there is the file.pdf automatically
