Swatches panel in illustrator

Is anyone else having an issue with Illustrator 24.1 with the swatches panel? Even when I have the document setting to CMYK the swatches show up in RGB and the default swatches don't give you the option to change that anymore.

When do you set the document to CMYK?

If you create a new document, based on an RGB preset and select CMYK as color mode you will get swatches that have RGB color names, but are (converted) CMYK swatches.
