Sync issue!

Hello,

I would like to inform you about the Adobe creative cloud issue in the latest version of macOS Catalina 10.15.1.

I can see all my illustrations in "Mobile creations" Tab when I log in to the Creative cloud. But Illustrator does not open any files from Adobe creative cloud avtomatically when I send them from my tablet (Adobe Draw, Vectornator app) to the desktop app via "Share - Send to Illustrator" option. 

I have updated Illustrator to the 2020 24.0 version because as someone said on this support community you have fixed some issues. I have logged out from all app and restarted my devices but nothing has changed.

At the same this issue is not relevant for Windows 10.
