Technical issues

Hello I have  a 7-day version for Photoshop and Illustrator, and I wanted to cancel these plans, but when I go to my account and click cancel, it directs me to identity verification, and it keeps loading with a spinning wheel. I've tried using a different browser and clearing the cache, but it still doesn't work. I emailed at tcssup@adobe.com and clientcare@adobe.com. But i am not sure about these emails, so if you can send me email or mobile number where i can contact them. Thank you
