Tengo problemas con las teclas de dirección solo en el illustrator

He intentado configurando mi teclado y también restaurando las preferencias del illustrator sin embargo sigo teniendo el mismo problema. ¿Que hago?

    Which version, which system?

    What exactly are your problems? The arrow keys don't move anything?

    Try and check the keyboard increments setting Preferences > General

    Es illustrator cc2017, y si son las teclas de flecha el problema, por ejemplo cuando oprimo la flecha derecha el objeto seleccionado sube, cuando oprimo la flecha hacia arriba el objeto se va a la izquierda, la flecha hacia abajo el objeto se va a la derecha y cuando oprimo hacia la izquierda el objeto se mueve hacia abajo.​
