Text appearing as a raster image?

Per the below screenshot, for whatever reason my text is appearing pixelated, like an enlarged raster image. I am creating the text with the text tool, and I am adding no effects. There is no raster effect applied, either. I was initially concerned it was an issue with my MacBook Pro's GPU. But it looks pixelated on my other computer too. 

As you can see, it's occuring with two separate text objects, both using different fonts.

Thoughts?
