Text direction option missing in version 23.0.1

I installed the latest version of Illustrator and for some reason the text-direction option in the paragraph panel is missing.

I checked the Indic option in the preferences but still I don't see them.

I write mostly in Hebrew and without being able to set text direction to RTL all punctuation marks are written in beginning of the sentence.

Please help.

You need to first uninstall the current version, then set the language in the Creative Cloud app and then install.

You might need to install a Hebrew version.

How do I do that? I installed this version from Adobe CC like I did with previous versions.

I have Illustrator for 2 years and this is the first time I'm having a problem like this after a version update.
