Text display and export in Illustrator Beta version

COnstantly having problem with text display in Illustrator Beta version on Microsoft laptop with Copilot.

Text appears laying down what converred to curves - Does not matter which font used. I can't run normal Illustrator on Copilot Laptop - absolutely shocked by it as I just upgraded my laptop
