I'm facing a problem. The problem is when I opened my recent document at Adobe Illustrator it showed "Text Import" option bar. When I clicked "ok" then a blank document has opened. I want my document back so please help me.
What is the extension of hte fie? If it’s not .ai or .pdf Illustrator might be trying to read it as a text file. Do you have a backup, prehaps using Backblaze or Dropbox? I always keep my WIP in a Dropbox folder as well as using Backblaze and on on-desk backup. It’s never a bad thing to have a backup.
