This is the issue I get. Apparently the same as Mike Gondek. The thread here marked as "Answer" doesn't seem to be an answer at all.
Can you help me out?

Hi @Imran25143745keu8,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. This generally happens when the file has gotten corrupted, but you may upload it to CC and share the download link here or via DM. I will share it with the product team and get it checked.
I must also inform you that file recovery can't be guaranteed with 100% success. We'll surely try our best.

Also, would you mind confirming where you saved this file initially and where it is currently stored when you tried opening it (Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System/ External HDD)? However, If the files are saved on a server/ shared folder/ or Google Drive/ Onedrive/ Dropbox, then download/copy them to the desktop and check if you are able to open them or not.

I will be looking forward to your response.

Thanks & Regards,

Anshul Saini

Hey,

I am also having this issue even after I have copied the file onto my desktop from one drive and downloaded it. Is there a solution?

There is no general solution other than making backups and even more backups: general safe workflows.

Upload the file somewhere and then send the DM as requested.
