I liked the text to vector option in illustrator. But I've a question in mind, can we sell these vectors on stock sites that are being generated through this option? I'm little bit confused!

They will probably be rejected by stock websites because of a lack of precision in building.

They are safe for commercial use: "Text to Vector Graphic is available in the Illustrator app wherever Adobe provides services, except in China. It's designed to be safe for commercial use."
