Text to vector doesn’t appear in Illustrator v28.1
I updated illustrator beta but text to vector panel didn't appear and I don't have it in Window neither. What can I do?

It's not in the beta version. Install the general release version -- 28.0
If it's not visible in that version -- what region are you in?
