Text to Vector Graphic (Beta) missing from v.29.2.1

No locating it in Windows menu or Property Panel or preferences.  I un/reinstalled Illustrator from the CC Desktop  for a fix. Nada. I saw in notes that the issue was fixed in a v.28 version. But not for me.

I'm in the US. and my lap top OS is Windows 10.

Has anyone been able to resolve this issue or is it hidden somewhere new?
