Text To Vector is missing in Adobe Illustrator 29.0.1

Is anyone else having this problem? The text to vector option is not listed in Properties, and I can't find it in the contextual menu either. Additionally, the object/pattern/generate pattern function is also missing.

Laptop is MacBook Air M1, Adobe CC plan.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but that didn’t help.

I would appreciate any assistance!
