Text tool bug with Illustrator

Hello, I am experiencing an annoying issue with Illustrator. It concerns the Text tool. What happens is that when I change a font in a text box and then start typing again, it reverts to the previous font. I’m attaching a video to explain it better. Does this happen to you as well?

Which version are you using? This issue should be fixed by the 29.2 release:

Font changes from the current one to the previously used while typing – Adobe Illustrator

This issue has been resolved in the Illustrator v29.2.1 release. Please update your application to the latest version using the Creative Cloud Desktop app, and the Text tool should work as expected. Let us know if you encounter any further issues!
