Text visibility problem in Illustrator

Hi,

I need support and advice on what to do.

I have prepared a project in Illustrator containing graphic elements and blocks of text. My problem is that after saving and closing the project currently when I open it again the texts are no longer visible as if they are white.

I can select the texts with the cursor but I cannot change any of the text features. However, in the file preview the texts on the project are normally visible.

Please help, what should I do?
