Text, warp, and text changing when curved.

When i curve/warp my text it's streches and changing. What do i have to do to avoid this problem?

You do not want the letters to warp? Then use Text on a path.

Thank you for a quick answer, Monika.
Is that the same as "put text along a path"?
When I curve my text, i don't want it to stretch and change so it looks strange and not as it is when it is written on a straight line.
