the app crashed while i was saving it

hi,

i was working in a VERY detailed art which took me DAYS and when i finally finished it and went to save it all of the sudden the app crached leaving me with nothing of my work!

I tried cheking and cheking but there is nothing...

it is very unpleasent situation i have lost my time & energy on nothing.

PLEASE help me out

At least you have the last version you saved, right, I mean you didn't leave this UNsaved for "DAYS"...

We're truly sorry to hear that you were unable to save the file due to the crash. We understand how frustrating and upsetting it can be to lose important work. If the file does not appear automatically after relaunching Illustrator, it's possible that it cannot be recovered.

To prevent this from happening in the future, kindly try to save multiple copies of your work from time to time and save it to a local directory and not a removable/network drive or a cloud-synced folder (Dropbox/Google Drive/OneDrive, etc.). Also, check if Auto Recovery is turned on under Preferences > File Handling.
