The blue guide / bounding lines of everything I create is misaligned

Question

No idea why this is happening, but whenever I use the shape or pen tool the outlines arn't going to the edges properly. Any help would be great, I'm really stuck with this as not sure what to google!

Sorry to hear about the misaligned blue outlines. Could you please confirm which version of Illustrator and operating system you're using? This may be related to GPU rendering, so try turning off GPU Performance under Preferences > Performance and see if the bounding box aligns correctly afterward.
