Question

When creating something (text, shapes, and even art bod)
, the Illustrator translates everything into thousandth values. And when you try to correct it, the object simply disappears. I've been struggling with this for a week, reinstalled the version several times. This is not fair, I have an official subscription, I pay money for it. Solve this problem. I'm disappointed

Sorry for the delayed response, and thanks for sharing the screen recording & detailed info on the issue you are facing. This seems like app preferences are corrupted or glitches in the app UI. Would you mind trying the following steps and see if that helps:

You may try resetting Ai preferences manually.
Disclaimer: Please note that renaming preferences folders will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will
launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. The location is
mentioned above.
Rename the CEP folder to CEP.old from the following location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
If that doesn't help, rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from the following locations:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
If that doesn't help either, uninstall the application using the CC Cleaner tool and reinstall it from the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
