The error preventing Illustrator from opening is: dvasystemcompatibilityreport.dll was not found. I have tried numerous methods, including using the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to completely remove everything and reinstalling from scratch, but I still cannot open the Illustrator application. Other applications like Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere are still working normally.

Hello @onmyoji_6083,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Could you try removing the plug-ins by going to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore and remove/move all the files and folders (except dummy.txt) to a different location and then relaunching to see if it helps?

The path could not be found. C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore
