hi, i want open file by illustrator , it save on cloud, but i can't open

the file is locked or in use id: -54

 

please help me

In which Cloud is it?

Creative Cloud?

Is it an AIC file or in your Creative Cloud folder?

If not, kindly try saving your work as a Cloud Document (https://adobe.ly/3O33WPg) or to a folder on your computer (not on a removable/network drive or a cloud-synced folder like Dropbox/Google Drive/etc.) and checking if it helps?
