The Kashidas seems not working and existing in my illustrator 2025

Question

Hello everyone, I just upgraded my Illustrator from 2022 to 2025. Before, the Kashidas worked without even being activated by pressing ALT+J. But now, when I do so, nothing happens. I read that, First, the indic option should be activated, and then the paragraph style and character style should be Farsi or Arabic, but it is not working again. Does anyone have any leads or suggestions? I also don't have these options visible.
