The MXI file in this extension is invalid.

Has anyone successfully made a zxp for cc2014?  I am trying to make one out of the UI samples provided and I get the error message "The MXI file in this extension is invalid." when I try to install the ZXP that I have built.  I get the same result weather I use extension builder or the ZXPSignCmd tool as specified here: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/creativesuite/articles/a-short-guide-to-HTML5-extensions.html

Okay, my problem was simply that I needed to fill out the Author Tag.  Now that I have a working mxi file I am getting the attached error.  Any ideas?
