As usual I save a png and jpg of an Ai file, but have never gotten these messages. See screen caps.

It makes me sad when even the print vendor doesn't understand resolution.

They give you pixel dimensions. The resolution doesn't matter at all when you know the pixel dimensions. I suppose they even delete the resolution metadata when you upload the graphics on their website.

You don't need it.

Make the graphic in the desired pixel dimensions and you're done. Resolution could even be 1 ppi. It simply doesn't matter.

In order to get the same pixel dimesnions that the document has been  set up with, just use 72 ppi in Illustrator

If it's for print, what physical size in inches or mm will it be printed?

6500 pixels at 300 PPI is 21.666 inches. Is that what you need?

And what are the requirements the printer told you?

Also: why don't you send a PDF?

That's a 27,000 px square file. Is that what you actually want? If so, Illustrator will have trouble exporting something that size regardless of RAM.

If what you actually want is a 6,500 px square, export at 72 PPI.

Please embed images in your post.

Exactly where do you save them?

How large is the file?

8 GB is just not enough RAM. It's barely the minimum to run Illustrator at all.
