Hello! the panel new project and export does not appear
My pk:
- windows 10,intel i3, 4 ram
Doing:
- I reinstalled illustrator, registry сleaner

You may try to uninstall Avast, then run AI while disconnected from the internet to see whether it actually solves the issue; and (only) if it does, you may consider changing to another antivirus.
Avast have been aware of the issue since November last year, see posts # 74, 76, and 77 by Matous here:
