The path and the area do not match

I have noticed that path and area often do not match. The path is shown as round, but the area is square. This can be seen best in the pictures. Is there a setting to fix this? Otherwise, my icons are all rendered very square instead of round

Looks like a Preview problem.

Try switching to CPU Preview (Cmd E or Ctrl E)

If possible try to update the driver for your video card.
