You may have run into an Illustrator bug. The engineers would like to try fix the problem if you can recreate it.

Try to recreate the step you took before the error occurred. As the dialog says, create a folder which contains (as best as you can) the list of the steps, and the Illustrator file. Create a Zip file and email to the address shown on the dialog.
