The program freezes

The last few days it works terribly. The program freezes, slows down. The rotation tool does not work every other time, the intended center is lost. I can not export as several SVG objects, it just creates an empty folder. And creating a separate file for each object is tedious. Restarting does not help, nor does rolling back to other versions.

in any place on the computer illustrator does not export the SVG format through the context menu "collect for export" - "as several resources". To file - export - export for SVG screens is saved, but illustrator does not always identify all objects as separate, although they are grouped on separate layers
