The reference points in the illustrator have disappeared

I have a problem with Adobe Illustrator. The anchor points are no longer displayed in the working file, and the Ctrl+H keyboard shortcut does not help. I have already tried checking the visibility of the edges, resetting the workspace, disabling the GPU viewer and creating a new document, but the problem persists.

I would appreciate your help in solving this problem.

Restarting your machine and resetting the preferences sometimes helps.
