the symbol tools are not working

Hi, the stars, circule and others tools are not working at all like it shows gray button as you can see, so if anyone has any idea about this issue please help?

Is greyed out as already exists in your tool. You probably put in your swirl tool. Click and hold where I circled in red

That box is used to configure the toolbar.

Your toolbar is already extended, so just select the tools from the toolbar.

but if i want to use the star is not allowing me!

Can you please tell us what you are doing? Pressing the rectangle tool and hold and then the hidden tools don't show?
