The startup interface of Illustrator 27.8.1 is confusing, what is the problem?

 

系统：macOS 13.5.1 

 

Tried now:

1- Re-install the Illustrator 27.8.1 program through Creative Cloud, it doesn't work!

2-Reinstall Creative Cloud.app, invalid!

3-Install other versions of Illustrator interface is normal, install Illustrator 27.8.1, still confused!

4-Install Illustrator 27.8.1 on other computers, and the interface is normal!

Rename the UXP folder to ~UXP.

  • (Windows) Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP
  • (macOS) Navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP
