The white color disappears when exporting to PNG or JPEG, but it remains in the PDF.

Problem:

In Illustrator, the logo appears with a white background.

When exporting to a PNG with transparency, the white background disappears and only the colored logo remains.

In PDF, the white appears normally.

You want the white to remain visible in the PNG, but it becomes transparent.

Version 29.8.1, but the problem has been happening for about the last three updates.

Maybe white is set  to Overprint.

Can you select the white and see if the Overprint option is checked in the View > Attributes panel?

Which version of Illustrator are you using, regular, beta?

Did you check the transparency in Illustrator with View > Show Transparency Grid?

How do you export your files?

Did you check the settingS for PNG?

Good morning! I’m using the latest version.
I checked the transparency and everything is normal, and this problem only occurs when I export as PNG or JPEG, whether using Save for Web or the regular export.

Thanks, what is the version number in the About Illustrator screen?
