(Please excuse my English is not that good) 

my experiment was bad with the refunds , I subscribed with the free trial and I used just one app nothing more just one app and used it once,

so I forgot to cancel my trial just to find its already paid, I called customer service then they told me there is no refund and u need to pay another fees

. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK PLS

You subscribed for a month I suppose. You can cancel that and the you will not be charged after that. It is always good to set a reminder in your calendar when you go for a trial period so you don’t accidentally get charged. At least you can enjoy Creative Cloud for whole month now. Make the best of it and create something you always wanted to do.
