This is an illustrator file that was saved without pdf content

I've been trying to save all kinds of PDF files but the same error appears:
"This is an illustrator file that was saved without pdf content"

I already check the "Create PDF Compatible File"

Thanks for reaching out. We have tried to address this issue in our latest build of 24.1.2. If you are not already on v 24.1.2, then we recommend you to update to latest version and let us know how it goes.

Hello, Im trying to open an .ai file but it's showing an artboard with these text. Please help I dont want to start over with my design.

The layers setting just structures the content.

Please clarify to exactly what you are doing to create this error.
Are you doing file >> Save As >> PDF

This sounds like an error you would receive when placing a .ai InDesgin, that was saved without PDF compatible on.
