Hello All,
I'm not sure if it's due to the new update, but every once in a while the title bar will glitch and any of the drop down menu's (File, Edit, Object, Etc.) will be blank. I won't be able to save documents etc. The program basically crashes on me and I have to do a hard restart. Does anyone have any assumptions? Solutions?

Sorry to hear about this experience. I would request you try resetting Illustrator's preferences by following the steps shared in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) and sharing your observations.
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with the defaults. You may take a backup of these settings from the location mentioned in the article.
Also, try setting the Display Resolution and Scaling to the default and check if it helps.
