Toolbars on IPad close up

Adobe Illustrator on iPad closes the toolbars immediately when I open them. For example, I can't select the right color because the toolbar closes. How to fix this problem?

Sorry to hear it, that should not be happening. Have you tried closing Illustrator and restarting the iPad? Hopefully, that will clear that out.
