TOOLS MISSING ON ILLUSTRATOR

Hello Adobe community, I need your help please. I am a beginner on illustrator and I don't understand why some tools are missing, like "outil de courbure" in the photo attached, even if I have subscribed for the whole Creative cloud package. I just can't click. Help please!

Can you select the Advanced toolbar in the Window menu?

I don't understand. Your "outil courbure" already is in the Tool Bar.

(It's the fourth from the top.)
