Tools not working

Hi i have the latest version of illustrator, i'd like to use th round off tool but it's ai doens't allow me even to click on it, it looks disabled.

Because they are already in the toolbar:

Close the toolbar editor and click & hold to see stacked tools, or alt-click to cycle through them

You are in editing toolbar mode. Click the 3 dots at the bottom of the Toolbar to close it.
