Is Adobe planning to provide support for the new MacBook Pro touch bar? I need a new computer and don't want to shell out the extra money for the touch bar unless there is a planned update. Sorry if this question has already been answered, I couldn't find it.

Any news on this topic? It would be great to have the touch bar work with Illustrator and InDesign.

This is the Illustrator forum.

You might want to search in the correct place and perhaps then you'll find something.

Adobe has already added this support in Photoshop.

Right, when and if Illustrator will add it. I don't use Photoshop.

As Monika mentioned, "Touch Bar" support is only available for Photoshop as of now for CC 2017 apps. I believe it can be implemented in future with other apps, however no information on this is available at the moment.
