Transform link not working properly
I just updated to 30.6 and transform is not working. Usually i can just click transform and when i need to adjust the H or W, unlink the chain, and adjust the size. Now when I unlink the chain it continues to constrain and adjusts both H and W. I restarted illustrator, opened a new file, put in a 2x2 square and then adjusted one of the measurements with the link unchained. It worked one time. but then when i went in to adjust it again to make sure it was working, it went right back to adjusting both H and W as if the link was chained. Any one else? is there a weird setting somewhere i dont know about?
