Transparent images distorted after saving

I've been googling for the solution or cause, but I can't find an answer. Everything was ok, but after packing the ai file, most elements with transparent backgrounds changed colors and got a yellow background. Does anyone know the reason and how to fix it?, I was prepping this file to send to the client and out of knowhere this happened. Thanks for the help
