Trap 40 px for decal printing

Hello, im new and created this account for this huge problem I have.

I contacted a motorcycle decal online shop to send me the template for the decals for my motorcycle model so that I could fill it with my design and have it printed. I did so by using the template as a clipping mask and filling it with shapes. Now the shop requires me to add 40px of trapping for the printing and I just cant figure out how to do it. Below you can see what they requested me to do and how I arranged my objects.

Anyone can help?

Maybe they meant "bleed".

I agree. I think it's likely they wanted bleed. Though it is never measured in pixels...

I would think the vendor would be using inkjet to print your artwork.  I guess the question I have is two fold...1.) what type of printer are they planning to use, and 2.) why pixels?  Not sure why they would need that much trap to begin with.  40 pixels?  What is the resolution of their print device?  Your file will typically be printed using process color.  Some advanced inkjets will print additional greens, oranges, etc., along with CMYK, Lm, Lc, Lgray.  Generally speaking, other than over-printing Black, there really is no point in trapping your labels.  Inkjets print stochastically using print heads, so there is or are no plates that may run out of register at some point.  If you are not sure, read up on trapping in Illustrator's User Guides or Adobe's Print Publishing Guide.

Probably Object > Path > Offset path can help?

not on its on though, because that adds the 40px to the edge of every single object, so every sponsor and every number, destroying the design within the stickers as well.
